Vibratory Tracking

Vibcon Corporation offers a variety of different tracking equiptment for our feed systems:

• Inlines - These are powered horizontal vibratory tracks normally used to store pre-oriented parts, get the exit point away from the bowl or into your machine and to furnish a location for a full track switch to shut down the feeder when the track is full. We make standard and mini inlines. Both styles can be made any length except the mini can be no shorter than 6" long and the standard no shorter than 14" long.
• Gravity Tracks - These are basically non-powered tracks using gravity to function and are used as inexpensive way to track parts or in some cases can "snake" through tight locations. The can be designed for any angle or length, but we generally encourage a minimum of 30-35º down angle to get the full effect of gravity. The track can be bent at the end to match any angle.
• Belt/Chain Conveyors - These conveyors use powered belts and/or chains to move the parts. The parts can be confined as with the inlines and gravity tracks and can have variable or constant speed motors.

Critical Options

Vibcon Corporation builds not only bowls but also special floor feeders and non standard conveyors. This diversification enables us to offer the best system for yourapplication. In fact, many parts that are too large or not suited to feeder bowls are better suited for a floor feeder system. From a 1 to 50 cubic foot standard floor feederhopper to a specially tooled gravity or opposing belt system, accumulator table or magazine loader, Vibcon can fulfill your requirements. All components are designedand sized for durability. Most drives are supplied with torque limiters for safety. In addition, Vibcon builds a small, 1 to 6 cu. ft., "Space Saver" floor feeder hopper thatmates well with virtually any feeder bowl and offers options and variations to handle any situation. Each is designed for maximum efficiency, operator friendliness and safety.

Warranty

All Vibcon systems come with a one year/one million cycle warranty, although an extended warranty is also available upon request. Diligent service is our specialty. Regardless of the size of your operation, you can expect to be treated with the same level of interest and enthusiasm at Vibcon.
