A critical element of ensuring the vibratory feeder's feed rates are performing to specification is the correct hopper design and sizing. This "front end" function can also play a critical role in validating proper material level (and possibly types) insertion to prevent damage to the feeder itself. We provide a range of hopper designs to accomodate these important needs, including:

• Vibratory - We offer three types of vibratory hoppers that can be built with mild or stainless steel.
• Standard - This is our least costly hopper. It is basically a bin with a vibratory tray at the bottom that vibrates parts out as required. It is controlled by either a reflective eye or paddle operated limit switch.
• Straight Front - This hopper is almost identical to the standard except it has straight sides and a bigger opening in front to handle larger parts and parts that tend to tangle.
• Belt - This is similar to the standard except it uses a belt instead of a vibratory tray.
• Floor Feeder Elevator - This is for larger parts and larger volumes and consists of a floor mounted tub with a cleated upfeed belt. They can be designed for practically any load or discharge height and any volume from 1 cu.ft. up
• Space Saver Hopper up to 6 cu. ft.
• Hopperlator - This is a specialized mechanical hopper designed to feed parts that tangle very badly. It shakes the parts violently to cause them to separate.

Vibcon Corporation builds not only bowls but also special floor feeders and non standard conveyors. This diversification enables us to offer the best system for yourapplication. In fact, many parts that are too large or not suited to feeder bowls are better suited for a floor feeder system. From a 1 to 50 cubic foot standard floor feederhopper to a specially tooled gravity or opposing belt system, accumulator table or magazine loader, Vibcon can fulfill your requirements. All components are designedand sized for durability. Most drives are supplied with torque limiters for safety. In addition, Vibcon builds a small, 1 to 6 cu. ft., "Space Saver" floor feeder hopper thatmates well with virtually any feeder bowl and offers options and variations to handle any situation. Each is designed for maximum efficiency, operator friendliness and safety.

Warranty

All Vibcon systems come with a one year/one million cycle warranty, although an extended warranty is also available upon request. Diligent service is our specialty.
