  HOPPERS                                 

                Vibratory - We offer three types of vibratory hoppers that can be built with mild or stainless steel.
   
         
                     STANDARD - This is our least costly hopper. It is basically a bin with a vibratory tray at the bottom that vibrates parts out as
                                        required. It is controlled by either a reflective eye or paddle operated limit switch. They come in sizes  .2 cu.ft., .5
                                        cu.ft., 1 cu.ft., 2 cu.ft., 3 cu.ft., 5 cu.ft., 7 cu.ft. and 10 cu.ft.

                     STRAIGHT FRONT - This hopper is almost identical to the standard except it has straight sides and a bigger opening in front
                                        to handle larger parts and parts that tend to tangle. It comes in 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 cu.ft.
             
                     BELT - This is similar to the standard except it uses a belt instead of a vibratory tray.
                                       
           
                  Floor Feeder Elevator - This is for larger parts and larger volumes and consists of a floor mounted tub with a cleated upfeed
                                         belt. They can be designed for practically any load or discharge height and any volume from 1 cu.ft. up.


                  Hopperlator - This is a specialized mechanical hopper designed to feed parts that tangle very badly. It shakes the parts violently to
                                          cause them to separate.
