At Vibcon we maintain a high level of proficiency and pride ourselves in providing the manufacturing industry with quality feed systems.  

  FLOOR FEEDERS                                 

                These are floor mounted tubs  that have a powered upfeed conveyor. The conveyor can have a cleated belt or chain or a magnetic
                    upfeed. The can be any size and can be used in various ways.

                                1.)  Hopper Only
                                 
                                2.)  Gravity Orienting  system in which the parts are carried to the top of the upfeed conveyor and slide or drop onto a
                                       gravity orienter. Properly oriented parts continue on, misoriented parts fall off the track and are guided back to the
                                       tub to start over.

                                3.)  Belt Orienter  system includes a floor feeder as above except when the parts fall from the upfeed conveyor, they fall
                                      onto two opposing belts that keep tumbling the parts until they are in proper orientation to exit the system.
