At Vibcon we maintain a high level of proficiency and pride ourselves in providing the manufacturing industry with quality feed systems.  

  CUSTOM BUILD                                 

                                     Vibcon Corporation custom builds all systems manufactured by us. Each system is thoroughly thought out
                               and designed based on discussions with the customer as to his needs and wants, and in many instances after
                               visiting the customers facility.

                                      Once the system is ordered, Vibcon sales makes a folder with all pertinent information. This information
                                then goes to Engineering where it is designed. We make concept drawings and send them to the customer for
                                his evaluation. At that time the customer is given an opportunity to verify the system will do what he wants, will
                                fit into the area available and will mate with his existing system. If changes need to be made, they can be made
                                then.  

                                       Once approved, all purchased items are ordered and the job is released to production.

                                       When finished, the system will be inspected to verify that all components are there and the machine functions
                                 properly. The customer is then given an opportunity to come and run-off the system in our plant before shipment,
                                 if he wishes.

                                        Once final approval is given, the system is crated and shipping arrangements are made.
